1. User Content

You are responsible for the content you create and share through Noor, including:

  • Text reflections
  • Voice recordings
  • Photos and images

Zero Tolerance Policy

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content, hate speech, harassment, or any content that violates Islamic principles of respect and dignity. Accounts found in violation will be permanently banned.

2. Sanctuary Premium

Noor offers an optional premium subscription called "Sanctuary Premium":

Billing

Subscriptions are billed to your Apple ID account. Prices are displayed in your local currency at checkout.

Auto-Renewal

Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime through iOS Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → Noor.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policies.

3. Nature of the App

Noor is designed to help couples develop a consistent Quran reading habit together. Please understand:

  • • Noor is a spiritual companion tool, not a replacement for professional marriage counseling or therapy.
  • • Noor does not provide religious rulings (Fatwas) or authoritative Islamic guidance. Always consult qualified scholars for religious matters.
  • • The reflection prompts are designed to encourage conversation, not provide religious instruction.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Noor app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Implied warranties of merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement

We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
